glomex’s Contextual Video Player has been recognised with a Small Business Award. The latest technology from glomex marries website articles with videos, so that every article finds the video that fits. The “Contextual Player” behind it uses an algorithm based on artificial intelligence to analyse an article’s content automatically and look for a contextually matching video in the glomex video pool. Analysing the article and using its metadata makes it possible to identify suitable videos, which the player technology then publishes when the article is opened.
