The necessary technical infrastructure is provided by glomex in the shape of a cloud-based transactional platform. Delivery and distribution of the videos is executed through the award-winning glomex video delivery infrastructure, which also holds a market-leading ad block management solution. Thus, glomex globally distributes and monetizes its partners’ content. The advantages for all those involved lie in a significant increase in reach, thus unlocking new revenue streams, combined with an equally significant decrease in operating cost.

Your responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for planning, design and realization of target group-specific campaigns to increase revenues with existing B2B customers as well as gaining new leads and B2B customers (esp. online publishers)
  • Report on budget and success of measures, deduct recommended actions and their realizations in order to continuously improve CRM
  • Develop and realize a rule-based campaign plan for B3B customers along the entire life cycle
  • Manage agencies and service providers and closely cooperate with internal departments, esp. Sales and Product Development

Your skills:

  • Business degree (ideally with a focus on marketing) or similar training
  • Sound, professional CRM experience of several years, ideally in an online environment
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint), current e-mail marketing tools and CRM systems (such as Elaine5, emarsys, DynaCampaign, Salesforce) is a prereqisite
  • Distinct analytical skills and sound knowledge of current CRM key data systems
  • Hands-on mentality for holistic integrated steering of CRM measures
  • Result-oriented, well-structured and independent way of working
  • Business fluent in German and English
