Content & Publisher Acquisition Manager (m/f) Southern Europe

The Content & Publisher Acquisition Manager (m/f) role is responsible for driving sales and strategy of the glomex global platform as far as content and publisher acquisition with focus on the South European market.
- You will work closely with the VP of Sales and the local and international team to negotiate and develop relationships with video content owners and publishers
- You will define and execute the overall content owners and publishers acquisition strategy, signing content owners and publishers to the glomex platform
- You will deliver detailed weekly forecasts
- You will be responsible for accurate a reporting, cleanup and resolution of outstanding content owners and publishers issues
- You will drive the glomex business strategy to identify and penetrate the South European market
- You will be the leading contributor in designing a go-to-market product and pricing and promotion solutions in cooperation with Product, Marketing and other functional departments
- You have a bachelor/master degree or a similar educational background
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high volume account management in a digital media company focusing on Infrastructure / Enterprise Sales
- Excellent language skills in Italian and Spanish and very good English skills are mandatory for your role
- You have international business development experience and a great network within the digital content and publisher industry - across the Italian, Spanish & Portuguese markets
- You have a good knowledge of the digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies
- You are passionate about the digital media business as well as the Streaming and Online TV sector
- You have strong analytical and quantitative skills (e.g. ability to use and modify data sets in Excel, write SQL queries and export data, etc.)
- You have a proven ability to manage enterprise level projects with content owners and publishers
- You have excellent written communication and organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
- You are willing to travel around 75% (especially in South Europe)
